Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to state laws and facility policies regarding patient safety and privacy.
Key responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and monitoring vital signs while maintaining detailed and accurate medical records.
