• This position is responsible for to provide in depth EdgePro product knowledge to our clients by diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving application questions, and providing education on EdgePro functions and features.
• Key responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving application/device questions, creating and maintaining call metrics, managing service reports, and providing education to clients.
