Job Summary

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will support key customers in the APAC region by maintaining and repairing systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
The role requires travel within the APAC region, occasional shift work, and being part of an on-call roster to respond to incidents promptly.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Level 2 technical support
Mechanical, electrical and LLC support
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Travel within APAC region
On-call and shift work
Knowledge of PLC and Siemens control systems
Experience with CMMS (DOS Maximo or equivalent)
Nice-to-have
Analytical problem-solving ability
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
English and local language proficiency
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Control or Mechatronic Engineering
At least 5 years’ experience in material handling or similar industries
Knowledge of low-level and high-level control systems
