Job Summary

  • Responsible for the day-to-day execution of rebate/chargeback processes, including validating claims, processing requests, ensuring pricing compliance, and delivering insightful reporting.
  • Review agreements, validate claims within required timelines, investigate disputes, reconcile discrepancies, and communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Support product and price communications, apply SPA pricing/contract compliance knowledge, and maintain chargeback statistics/trends.
