Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Multi-trade personnel supervision including carpentry and electrical
  • Technical support for complex building maintenance issues
  • Reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
  • Knowledge of Massachusetts and National Building codes

  • Project managing focused certifications such as PMP
  • Working knowledge of Maximo and Building Management Systems
  • Experience consulting with management on construction issues

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years facilities maintenance and construction experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations or Business Administration
  • At least one MA professional license (CSL, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)
  • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
