  • Lead the vision, roadmap, and performance of Chanel's eServices across Europe, driving scalable, value-driven product development within our omnichannel strategy.
  • Define and continuously refine the European eServices product vision, build and prioritize a clear, value-based roadmap, and lead discovery phases to validate structural product evolutions.
  • Act as the European product lead, drive cross-functional collaboration, consolidate market needs into strategic priorities, and oversee integrations and go-live readiness.
