Job Summary
This position provides critical support and education for nursing clinical programs with a specialized emphasis on Infection Control and Disease Prevention across multiple facilities.
The role requires advising facilities on compliance with State and Federal Survey Regulations for Medicare and Medicaid Licensure while assisting in the creation of Plans of Correction for survey deficiencies.

MDS department oversight and CMI development
CMS 5-star rating improvement strategies
Nice-to-have
Legal Nurse Consultant or Risk Management experience
Experience with Jeopardy citations from CMS/OIG surveys
Previous Regional or Corporate Nurse leadership roles
Ability to assist facility defense attorneys in lawsuits
Strong training skills for Administration and DON staff
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
20+ years of Clinical and Management experience preferred
Active Professional License with State Board of Nursing
