Job Summary

  • The HR Operations team supports line managers with North America employee relations, performance management, policy queries, and HR processes, aiming to provide consistent support and enhance employee experience.
  • As an HR People Partner, you will be the key HR contact for approximately 215 hourly team members at the Hammond, IN factory, acting as the first point of contact for employee relations and general HR inquiries.
  • This role requires managing conflict, fostering a collaborative Union/Management relationship, administering the CBA, and supporting union negotiation processes, while also offering a competitive salary, bonus eligibility, LTI, and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of Manufacturing/Factory HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

  • Willingness to support off-shift operations
