Job Summary

  • This role owns the full lifecycle of Flexdrive's operational process library, ensuring standards are accurate, adhered to, and scalable as the business grows.
  • The position requires designing and executing regular audit cycles to validate that documented processes reflect current field reality and driving resolution for any gaps.
  • Candidates will lead a culture of continuous improvement by managing the CAPA lifecycle and building reporting frameworks to monitor process adherence and health.

Salary
