Base: $184,800 - $277,200 USD (Reston); Base: $167,200 - $294,000 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission; Annual refresh stock grants included

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years U.S. Federal market experience
  • 10+ years Product Management experience
  • Federal HR domain subject matter authority
  • Knowledge of Title V and OPM Regulations
  • Experience with federal HCM and Payroll products

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Shared Service Providers like EmpowHR
  • Knowledge of intelligence community human capital practices
  • Ability to present to executive audiences
  • Strong Agile/Scrum environment background
  • Track record of coaching others on functionality impact

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in U.S. Federal market
  • 10+ years experience in Product Management
  • Expertise in Title V, OPM Regulations, DOD Requirements
  • Familiarity with GPPA and Human Capital Business Reference Model
