As a Recruitment Operations Partner supporting AU business hours, you will act as the primary bridge between our AU stakeholders and the Philippine-based recruitment team.
You will own the delivery of real-time recruitment operations, provide support on both agent and non-agent roles, attend client meetings, manage urgent staffing needs, and coordinate across functions to maintain hiring efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
