Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 5 years industrial plant commissioning experience
Deep understanding of pre-commissioning and performance tests
Proficiency in reading PFD/P&ID technical schematics
Strong safety enforcement authority including PSSR/TASR
Fluent English and Japanese language skills
Nice-to-have
Experience in process control and E&I systems
Background in machinery and start-up scheduling
Proven track record in site management and team leadership
Ability to develop operating manuals and quality files
Experience with international project coordination
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
Minimum 5+ years in Industrial Plant Commissioning
Native or Fluent Japanese and Fluent English proficiency
