This role is a key position in the Markets Legal team advising the Financing Solutions business across Agency Securities Lending, Prime Services, and Secured Financing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating market-standard legal contracts, including securities lending and repo agreements, while supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Solicitor or barrister qualified to practise English law
Extensive experience in major law firm or in-house
In-depth knowledge of GMSLA and GMRA agreements
Experience with MiFID, CASS, and SFTR regulations
Strong understanding of cross-border licensing laws
