Proven track record in QA leadership with hands-on expertise in test automation, quality enablement, and shift-left practices. Develop and execute test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Maintain and enhance automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines; ensure thorough regression coverage. Mentor QA team members on modern automation, methodologies, and AI-assisted testing.
