Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and evaluating all educational and professional development programs within Occupational Health Services.
  • The manager provides direct supervision of Float Nurse Practitioners and ensures all clinicians maintain the competencies required for safe practice.
  • The position includes one clinical practice day per week to maintain competency and support the integration of clinical insights into training initiatives.
