Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Hands-on experience with S-Structure analysis tools
  • Operating TEM tools of various models
  • Knowledge of semiconductor processes and device physics
  • Experience in materials physics and chemistry
  • Ability to conduct scientific research on defective issues

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience in defect root cause analysis
  • Prior experience in failure modeling
  • In-depth knowledge on advanced node process integration
  • Ability to write scientific papers
  • Project leadership in analytical work improvement

Key Requirements

  • B.S. or higher degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry
  • Must be authorized to access U.S. export control information
