  • Provide restorative education, support and assistance to staff and residents, assessing needs and developing individualized plans of care.
  • Monitor and train staff on restorative tasks and resident-specific goals, while coordinating programs like Bed Entrapment Prevention.
  • Participate in quality management, attend care conferences, and facilitate resident/family education to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
