Job Summary
This position involves analyzing repairs to ensure they meet original equipment manufacturing requirements while supporting customer safety and reliability objectives.
The Senior Structures Engineer will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop technical data that meets safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
Candidates must be prepared to work independently on structural analysis solutions using classical methods or detailed Finite Element Analysis when historical solutions are unavailable.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8 to 12 years of engineering experience
Advanced degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
Structural assessments of commercial engine repairs
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) proficiency
Knowledge of Integrated Product Development processes
Nice-to-have
Proficient knowledge of ANSYS software
Experience with turbomachinery background
Familiarity with Raytheon Technologies CORE Operating System
Programming skills in Python
Ability to identify continuous improvement activities
