Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support cost management activities for complex projects on-site in North Carolina. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with relevant experience in capital projects within the construction industry

Job Summary

  • This role will support all cost management activities of one or multiple complex projects.
  • Will work with the project cost lead and project controls manager to develop a plan for the long-term support of the project including building, managing and reporting cost reports and analysis.

  • Expertise using Excel
  • Experience within the construction industry required
  • Exemplary communication skills – both oral and written
