Job Summary

• Resort Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of Sun’s resorts, conducting building maintenance repairs and ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment & various utility systems.
• Responsibilities include completing minor repairs to rental units and facilities, routine maintenance and minor emergency repairs in plumbing, sewage, construction & street repair, and inspecting and maintaining recreational amenities like playgrounds and pools.
