Job Summary

  • As a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a small team, providing guidance and mentorship, and driving day-to-day operational activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for critical incident triage and advanced troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism, timely response, and resolution of issues, following up on support issues with customers and the Level 4 (R&D) team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 9-14 years of work experience
  • Software industry and application support experience
  • Good knowledge of Telecommunication environment
  • Experience with CSG products (Encompass/CSG Activation)
  • Oracle databases & PL/SQL, Shell, Perl, Python, SOAP, REST, Tuxedo, XML knowledge
  • Incident/Problem/Change/Knowledge Management experience
