Lead and develop a diverse team of test engineers and technicians, overseeing all Factory Test Room activities to ensure transformers and components meet the highest performance and safety standards.
Plan and execute complex testing activities in collaboration with customers, manage test equipment maintenance and upgrades, and analyze test data to generate reports supporting decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, oversee failure analysis, and maintain a safe and compliant testing environment, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field
5+ years of experience in testing operations or quality management in manufacturing
Deep knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 standards
Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools
Proven leadership in team development and performance management
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
