Job Summary

  • Provide technical expertise to support Business Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting for personnel costs, ensuring accurate, robust and timely calculations.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling FTE forecast, providing a consolidated, current view of Group FTE status and integrate recruitment status, actuals, budget, and forecast data across HR into a single consolidated tracker.
