Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current regulations.
  • You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure quality care.
  • This role requires managing staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to meet the daily care needs of each resident.
