This role supports the weekend process team for 1st Shift Backside Process Support within the RF Microelectronics Department.
The position requires daily engineering support, failure analysis, and collaboration with manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient production of gallium arsenide and gallium nitride products.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active or obtainable DoD Secret security clearance and possess a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

Base: $68,900 - $131,100 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off

Must-have

2 years semiconductor processing experience
US citizenship required for security clearance

100% onsite work in Andover MA
