Job Summary
This position is assigned to the Buncombe Maintenance Unit but must be able to function from any unit within Division 13’s seven county area.
Employee will assist in processing requisitions and purchase orders; handling inventory and rental equipment; entering payroll; personnel and insurance; filing; answering the phone; processing incoming and outgoing mail; typing correspondence utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and other duties as assigned.
Must be available to work after hours during an emergency such as hurricanes, tropical storms, snow/ ice, etc.
