This role is responsible for coordinating the Material Review Board process to ensure timely handling of non-conforming materials across IEM manufacturing plants.
Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
The position requires 100% in-office presence in Jacksonville, FL, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a shop/warehouse environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Material Review Board experience required
Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
3-5 years manufacturing or warehouse experience
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
100% in-office presence in Jacksonville FL
Nice-to-have
Experience with Infor Syteline ERP system
Prior Quality Control or QA background
Leadership or team management experience
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
