Job Summary

• This role supports the performance of Philips’ technical service operations in North America by analyzing operational data and monitoring system performance.
• You will partner with service and process owners to improve service operations through optimized workflows and system usage, driving continuous improvement aligned to business goals.
• The role involves supporting system enhancements, identifying and resolving issues, and participating in change governance activities to ensure solutions meet operational and user needs.

Base: $90,000 to $160,000; Bonus/Equity: annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered; Benefits: comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program

Key Requirements

• 5+ years experience with Bachelor's degree or 9+ years experience
• Experience supporting Field Service or Technical Service operations
• Experience with Hospital Patient Monitoring product and software portfolio business
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
