Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics or related field
  • 8-10+ years acquisitions or related experience
  • Experience leading capital-intensive transaction diligence
  • Preferred experience in data centers or large-scale commercial real estate
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS-Finance) preferred but not required
