Job Summary
The Shift Leader is responsible for coaching, supporting, and developing a group of Associates in the assembly and packaging manufacturing area to ensure daily production expectations are met.
This role requires overseeing manufacturing operations to ensure all Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People programs and Key Process Indicators goals are being met.
Candidates must have extensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA Code of Federal Regulations Title 21 CFR Part 11.

Must-have
5+ years people lead supervisory experience
2+ years medical device manufacturing
Cleanroom environment ISO 7 experience
Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement
Advanced Excel VLOOKUP Macros VBA skills
Nice-to-have
Bilingual Spanish English knowledge
CPIM certification preferred
SAP MRP systems experience
Flexible schedule covering all shifts
Collaborative culture of engagement
Key Requirements
Minimum 4-year degree engineering preferred
Certified in Production and Inventory Management CPIM preferred
Experience working in Cleanroom environments ISO 7 Class 10,000
Knowledge of FDA Code of Federal Regulations Title 21 CFR Part 11
Ability to oversee odd shifts 12 hr weekend shifts
