Job Summary

  • Deliver day-to-day legal support advising clients in the field of corporate law and develop corporate legal service practice.
  • Advise on effective planning and implementation support for corporate reorganizations such as domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
  • The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from 1300 EUR to 2600 EUR, plus performance-based bonuses.
