As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Alcoa, you will learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience and expertise in a range of mechanical and process equipment across the Smelter.
Throughout the program, you will be provided with coaching, mentoring, hands-on and professional training, diverse experiences, and an increasing level of responsibility.
