Job Summary

  • You will lead regional and sub-regional teams to deliver on the quality strategy, providing sufficient resources and expertise to appropriate functions and locations.
  • In this role, you will develop and report quality KPIs, applying your understanding of the impact regional KPIs have on the global business.
  • Responsible for BU Commercial Quality priorities (Quality practices from Plant through distribution to the Customer).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 12 years experience in Quality, Supply Chain and R&D
  • Minimum 5 years knowledge of quality systems, HACCP, ISO9001/22000, L6S
  • Minimum 5 years experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Minimum 2 years practical experience in Food and/or Beverage categories
