  • experience in starting and shutting down equipment
  • inspect press and tooling at beginning of shift
  • communicate issues/problems to area leader
  • maintain operation of two simultaneously running presses
  • keep one press cycling while doing set-up
  • coordinate with other departments
  • operate safely 10 to 40 ton cranes
  • set counter balance air according to tool weight
  • experience in tooling set-up with roll feeders
  • load coils on uncoilers
  • input production data into the system
  • clean up before and after set-up

Nice-to-have

  • ability to follow written set-up instructions
  • maintain tool work order

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma and or a post-secondary education in a technical field
  • Valid Forklift license
  • Valid Crane license
  • Good English (both written and verbal) communication skills
  • Strong Mathematical skills
  • Must be able to work overtime when required
