Job Summary
Manage and work on assigned projects' execution according to customer's requirements, monitor operation data and KPI target milestones, and escalate barriers for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsible for the hardware circuit design of brushless DC/BLDC/PMSM motors and their controllers, including simulation, analysis, requirement capture, documentation, component selection, schematic design, PCB layout, and commissioning.
Lead the development of Hardware design, prototyping, and validation quality processes, and ensure Hardware qualification and EMC/EMI certification.

Key Requirements
Bachelor/Master degree in motor control, electronics, electrical, or automation
Familiar with BLDC sensorless control algorithms (square wave, sine wave, FOC, space vector control)
Proficient in 16 or 32-bit microcontroller software design
Familiar with Matlab/Simulink modeling and simulation
Proficient in circuit simulation software (Multisim, Pspice, Seber)
Familiar with automotive electronics and body network protocols (CAN/LIN)
Practical experience with ARM-based SW architecture development for BLDC motor drives
