Job Summary

  • This role will oversee end-to-end HR shared services, HRIS and digital transformation initiatives, global HR compliance, and policy governance across multiple regions.
  • Own the global HRIS strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing governance (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or equivalent).
  • A strategic, high-impact global role with significant autonomy and visibility.
