Job Summary
This role will oversee end-to-end HR shared services, HRIS and digital transformation initiatives, global HR compliance, and policy governance across multiple regions.
Own the global HRIS strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing governance (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or equivalent).
A strategic, high-impact global role with significant autonomy and visibility.
