Salary
Base: $145,500 - $213,400; Bonus: Company bonus depending on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, vacation, and wellness programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PhD in biology or chemistry
5+ years drug discovery experience
2+ years business development experience
Authorized to work in the United States
Nice-to-have
Experience with academic institution partnerships
Understanding of open innovation frameworks
Strong public speaking and evangelism skills
Passion for AI/ML in drug discovery
Key Requirements
PhD required in biology, chemistry, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in drug discovery
