Job Summary

  • Assist Restaurant Staff to ensure that all kitchen orders are delivered in prompt, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according HOB Service Standards and maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift.
  • Follow all safety standards and be required to occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue.
