Job Summary

  • The Manager ensures Cat power electronics meet customer, quality, and durability expectations by owning validation strategy, governing execution rigor, and proactively eliminating risk before production and field exposure.
  • Lead and develop Validation Engineers, Test Engineers, and Lab Technicians, maintaining clear separation between planning and execution while building long-term organizational capability.
  • Caterpillar's Electrification & Energy Solutions (E&ES) Division will focus on delivering advanced electrified power train, zero-emissions products/technologies, and the solutions and services associated with these technologies.
