Job Summary

  • This resource will be responsible for owning the strategy, governance, and execution of Engagement Health (EH), a program designed to support Healthcare engagements in achieving positive outcomes for our clients and teams.
  • Advise Managing Directors and Principals through synthesis of engagement insights and enterprise themes, and exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
  • Lead and develop a small, high-impact team through coaching and performance management, and collaborate cross-functionally to embed engagement insights into delivery and talent processes.
