Must-have

  • Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation
  • Integrated Program Management Data Reports (IPMDAR)
  • Estimate at Completion (EAC) development and review
  • Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) management
  • Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) analysis

Nice-to-have

  • Excellent critical-thinking and forecasting skills
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Experience presenting briefings to administration
  • Proactive guidance in dynamic environments
  • High proficiency in MS Excel including AO

Key Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required for Secret security clearance
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 3 years
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
  • Knowledge of Government EVM reporting and compliance standards
