Job Summary
Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all machinery, equipment and engineering facilities to ensure no breakdown of engineering systems.
Inspect the working condition of equipment and engineering systems regularly and monitor and record utility consumption to assist the Chief Engineer to maintain efficiency.
Facilitates the functioning of and / or oversees the functioning of Housekeeping Department or any other Department in the Hotel when necessitated by circumstances and as mandated by the General Manager.
