Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or CPA/CMA highly preferred
  • 7-10 years progressive accounting/finance experience
  • 3-5 years supervisory or managerial role
  • Previous controller, assistant controller, or senior accountant experience desirable
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Excel
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven history of leading, developing, and motivating teams
  • High ethical standards and professionalism
