  • The Senior Manager will lead a high-performing decision science team to deliver transformative AI/ML and advanced analytics projects, integrating omni-channel strategies to enhance customer experience and drive commercial success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial leaders on all AI/ML and omni-channel initiatives, effectively communicating project status, impact, and success to key stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience
  • Master’s degree and 4 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience
  • Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience delivering complex analytical projects
  • Experience in Databricks and AWS
  • Hands on coding experience in Python/R/Scala/Java
