Must-have
Property management experience required
Contact center or telephone customer service experience
MS Office proficiency including Outlook Word Teams
Keyboarding speed of at least 40 words per minute
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems

Experience with HUD-subsidized multifamily apartments
Public housing experience preferred

Key Requirements
