Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years mechanical testing experience
Failure analysis and material characterization
Metallography and reverse engineering expertise
Hands-on laboratory equipment operation
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or related field
Nice-to-have
Experience with consumer products development
Knowledge of CAD, FEA, or process simulation
Prior experience mentoring junior engineers
Familiarity with polymers, elastomers, and ceramics
Intellectual property and patent review experience
Key Requirements
5+ years of hands-on laboratory experience
