Base: $46,300-$69,300; Bonus/Equity: Target incentive based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, pension, stock purchase plan

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of work or military experience
Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
Must be 18 years or older
Obtain pest control licensing/certification as required
Background check and drug test including THC
Availability for overnight shifts and on-call work
