The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must participate in developing and maintaining the facility's quality assurance program and assist in preparing for government agency surveys.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or nursing degree
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
