  • Perform the daily execution of all assigned Line Cook production, ensuring the highest quality food is served at all times.
  • Handle all aspects of your cooking station – set up, stock product, cook, and present dishes according to SLS LUX recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
