Job Summary
Performs midterm (2-18/24 months) demand planning activities for region (Asia, Europe, or the Americas) facilitating demand validation and constructively challenge expectational inputs provided by sales.
Leads the end-to-end demand planning process, from statistical forecasting and coordination with sales and product management inputs to validation, facilitation of demand reviews, and delivery of one complete unconstrained demand forecast across all items (MTO, MTS, Cross-brand, External).
Drives continuous improvement initiatives related to forecasting processes, documentation standards, and system utilization to enhance accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

Key Requirements
Advanced education (3–4-year University degree) or equivalent experience
